🔐 Accounts and responsibilities

If you create or use a Prozilli account, you are responsible for the identity and access chain attached to it.

Keep access under control

Do not share accounts, codes, or verification links. You are responsible for what happens through your account and linked profile until you report a problem or complete a supported change.

  • Protect your logins and codes.
  • Use official linking and support doors.
  • Do not ask staff to bypass security flow just because it is inconvenient.

Account accuracy

Use accurate enough information for staffing, support, and payment flows where accuracy matters.

  • Do not impersonate people or entities.
  • Do not create misleading platform links.
  • Keep recovery or support contact information current where offered.
⚠️ What you cannot do

The city, website, and support tools are not a playground for abuse disguised as roleplay or cleverness.

System abuse

You may not exploit bugs, scrape protected data, evade restrictions, abuse account-linking flows, or misuse automation to gain an unfair advantage or expose protected information.

  • No exploit abuse.
  • No evasion or fraudulent access.
  • No harvesting or leaking protected records.

Community abuse

Harassment, hate content, threats, doxxing, impersonation, scamming, and staff abuse are outside what these services are for.

  • Roleplay is not a shield for real abuse.
  • Respect boundaries and appeals processes.
  • Do not weaponize staff or AI systems against other players.
🧩 Service changes and availability

Prozilli is building a live city, not selling permanent possession of every current feature exactly as it exists today.

Features can evolve

We may change, rebalance, pause, remove, rename, or rebuild features, roles, ranks, perks, virtual assets, and website surfaces as the ecosystem grows.

  • City systems will keep evolving.
  • Virtual items and status do not create guaranteed permanence.
  • Corrections may be made for balance, bugs, security, or fairness.

Availability is not guaranteed

We aim for stability, but outages, maintenance, migrations, provider issues, and platform limits can interrupt services.

  • Support response times are not guaranteed.
  • Website and server uptime are not guaranteed.
  • Feature rollout may happen in phases instead of all at once.
🛡️ Suspension, appeals, and disputes

Staff can restrict access to protect the community, and some decisions can be reviewed through the proper channels.

Restriction and removal

Accounts, roles, linked surfaces, city access, or paid benefits may be restricted or removed for fraud, rule violations, abuse, chargebacks, ban evasion, or safety issues.

  • Access is a privilege, not a property right.
  • Virtual status can be revoked when needed.
  • Linked accounts may be frozen while disputes are reviewed.

Appeals and review

Not every action has an appeal path, but structured review exists for many serious moderation, account, and linking issues.

  • Use the official support or appeal door.
  • Do not create duplicate public threads instead of using review flow.
  • A review path does not guarantee reversal.
